Jeypore

The city of victory of the erstwhile Jeypore state, the old palace is encircled by high wall with an imposing gate. A mile and a half wide water tank, known as Jagannath Sagar, is ideal for water sports.

Jeypore developed as the centre of trade in Koraput District, is also famous for paper mask crafts.
